To be honest, it is a bit early to propose projects for GSoC, since GSoC
2020 hasn't even been announced :)
In the meantime, I encourage you to read [1] and [2] (and other
documentation on the wiki), and learn more about Apertium by working on
a translator of your choice. See Coding Challenge in 1.
