It's not the NYT, but it is considerably more influential than the Enquirer or Drudge Report that exposed major censorship by the mass media. At this point the question is: why doesn't the campaign provide the legitimate copy of his birth certificate. Putting one on the Interent is not evidence of anything except how arrogant they are. On the otherhand, the burden of proof that he forfeited any claim to being a natural born citizen because he became a citizen of Indonesia, is with the skeptics. I'd be surprised if the answers to these accusations aren't contained one way or the other from the reams of unpublished media data on the topic.
