This renders the govt ILLEGITIMATE. Not only are the states independent republics now (since the total USgovt is totally illegitimate) but we must reconstitute our nation or face total disintegration. This is probably what the Con-Con movement, presently in progress, is all about. The current usurpers are likely not to recognize their own bastard status, and will continue to assume they retain power, as illegitimate as it may be. We already have a constitutional crisis: we don't have to wait for 1/20/09. Our current civilian defense force, known as the Constitutional Militia of the Several States (forget Obama's version of the same) ought to be mustering as we write.
