I just became aware of 2 problems I've encountered that might have affected you. 1. If you tried subscribing to the Article V list, your confirmation (which must be clicked on) may be in your spam list. Don't know why, I just know that it has happened. If you're having trouble subscribing reply to this message with Article V in the subject. I will send you an "invitation" that I can follow up on. 2. I do know why you might not have recd any of my articles titled: Rickys Quickies. Software is very sophisticated and I have found some of these also filed in my juck box. When I came up with the title I wasn't thinking of how the double- entrende might be interpreted by a computer. Future articles will be identifed with the letters RQ: at the start of the subject line. But we can't go to the next step until we exhaust every Constitutional solution. After that, we look at our God given rights contained in our Declaration of Independence. "The Congress…on the application of the legislatures of two-thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments…" Article V, USCON At the same time, academic exercises like this can serve secondary purposes. Just like last month we learned that a man could become president without proving he meets the minimum Constitutional standards to become president, we now know as a matter of fact, the Congress can also legally ignore the Constitution. Doesn't make it right, just legal. "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, all be eligible to the office of President..." Article 2, Section 4, USCON The govt has trampled our precious constitution to death and has breached the contract with We the People that authorizes its very existence. By their own actions, or inactions, they have become a defacto outlaw govt. They have no standing! It's time we demand our state legislatures to form a new and less imperfect nation.
