BIG TAX cheat sets up a company in the US and a holding company located in Bermuda . The US company becomes an agent for the Bermuda corp. All assets and revenue are passed on to the Bermuda company. They reimburse the USA company for their expenses at cost plus 10%. The USA company reports the 10% as their earnings and pays taxes, if any, on the net income after expenses.
