Spence* ------------------------------ *April 19, 2009* *THE US LEGAL SYSTEM IS BROKEN* *Greetings Mr. Bill:* *It is painfully clear that the US Legal System is broken, fragmented and is lying here unloveds, alone and dispised by the very people it is supposed to serve faithfully. For decades Law have been passed to Cater to Special Interests, which have Paid our Public Legislators for the "RESULTS" ...They Want.* *Unfortunately, these "Result Based Laws" are .....completely unaccredited and UN-constitutional, as well as the "Uses" Our Enforcement Officers make of them. Everyone should know that Errors in a Justice System Convicts "Everyone" that Subscribes To It.....Do We Not Agree?: "Its Better that 10 Guilty Go Free, than JUST ONE Innocent be Convicted!"* *Without agreement with the latter ethic, this Article Can End Here, yet if the US Public wants credible, honest & Justly Applied Laws theory will ORDER & FORCE OUR GOVERNMENT TO CHANGE ACCORDINGLY.* *Many areas of UN-constitutional Court Behavior can be cited, but one area is Onerous Beyond Reason:* *(1) Court Orders that Last For A Lifetime.... even when the Court Releases the Offender from its Control. i.e the Term eke-felon. In a Country like ours whose Very Culture is According to Judeo/Christian Ethics, can we Support a Legal System that Never Forgets & "Never" forgives a citizen's past errors?* *e.g.. If a Parent Corrects his Child Once, and then Continues to Punish and Ridicule the Child for the Same Original Mistake over and over again throughout his Lifetime.....is that Practice in Christian Ethics?* *So it is my friend, that We must not Obtain our "Desired Result" by Un-Constitutional Means, using the US Justice system as a Trash /Collection System....trying to prevent obvious troubles from cropping up outside our constitutional limits. (The USA imprisons more of its own citizens than any other country)* *Recently the 1st & 2nd Amendments have come up in public blogs all over the USA; and it appears the Present US President wants to amend our rights of (A) Free Speech & (B) Rights of Americans to have & Bear Arms. i.e. Gun Control. The way they plan to do that is to Limit How Many Americans can own guns, by describing US Military Veterans, (people that can use weapons well) as Possible terrorists, mentally unfit or Religious Right Wing, anti-Government types.* *Since their rationale doesn't work to Deny Gun Ownership Constitutionally, the Present Administration will be enacting New Gun Control Laws which will be Unconstitutional as well. i.e Congress shall Pass No Law..... Infringing on the American People's Right to have and Bear Arms. What part of Infringing don't they Understand?
