I am a target of Electronic harassment thru-wall Fiber Optics, Group
Stalking and Privacy Invading. I just found the a...@apfn website and
have been very anxious to get my story with the facts sent to you but
my Perpetrator’s are using the Fibers Optics, not only as a weapon
against me but to put my computer out of commission. My perpetrators
have the audacity to commit these illegal acts from my neighbor’s
rooms on the left and right of me. I live in a SRO (single room
occupancy) where most of the residents have some sort of mental issues
and unfortunately their using the “Lie” method on vulnerable neighbors
of mine. The perpetrators are on “overkill” because I know too much
and I’m trying to send my story to apfn. The perpetrators insert the
Fiber Glued Optics into the wall of my room from both neighbors room
“311” and “309” These Fiber’s not only contain glue but electricity to
give them life and guided by the perpetrators by remote with electric
eye at the end of one of the Fibers, allowing to invade my Privacy and
Assault me, gluing these Fibers to my Person, inserting them into my
eyes, Ears, Nose (sinus canal) and other cavities if you can picture
the brutally of the latter. I’m with constant bacterial Infections. I
need to know if I can use the names of the Perpetrators I know and the
two ladies aiding and abiding these criminals to conspire to commit
bodily harm, invade my Privacy right from their room. I’m forced to
digest toxic glue filled fiber Optics inflicting detrimental harm to
my Health. I’m anxious to get the facts sent to this network in hopes
I may have information that could help someone else. There really is
Safety in Numbers and if we invest the time and Energy that our
perpetrators invest into making our lives living hells and fight fire
with fire however some of us have lives where trying to live and more
class to display then spineless Violent Stalkers. I’m sure it’s
illegal to torment someone with electricity so if I suddenly can not
send out my story the Feds need to come to Portland Oregon at the
Musolf Manor 216 N.W. 3rd Ave. and hook up my two female neighbors to
a lie detector And at least get what they have coming to them for
keeping me in the constant unsafe situation with illegal Privacy
invading. I’m tormented all night with Fiber Optics to the point I
have to just fall over in exhaustion after a couple days of no good
rest. I will be sending you the facts soon, thank you for being there
for us!!!!
