In an unrelated matter, Sen was charged, tried and convicted of acceptin= g gifts from from a building contractor to work on his home. He lost the= election and was soon after exonerated. The decision was thrown out due= to proprietorial misconduct. (Hiding known facts from the court.) Strange, Sen Dudd and Conrad have a similar situation with the now defun= ct mortgage company. They now face ethic charges for getting sweetheart = loans saving (stealing) tens of thousands. A bank Officer has admitted t= elling both about the special rate for the Friends of Angelo. The funny = thing is, the Obama's Attny Genl cannot find the statute that Stevens w= as charged under.
