Friends:

Obama THINKS he has a legal way to get around the Second Amendment!  Not so!  Not true!  Treaties do not supersede the Bill of Rights!  Treaties can not damage our Second Amendment, the right to keep and bear arms.  It was for this very reason that a Bill of Rights was called for and created!   Patrick Henry kept the Constitution from being accepted and signed because of the danger that it posed to our gun rights; however, he agreed to accept the 1789 Constitution IF a Bill of Rights were attached to it which would prevent any man-made legislation or other efforts to interfere with our God-given rights.  No treaty can supersede the Bill of Rights, no matter what an ignorant president proposes.  Man-made laws CAN NOT supersede the endowments man has received from the Creator. 

United States Supreme Court Justice, Robert H. Jackson in 1943 said:  "The very purpose of a Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials, and to establish them as legal principles to be applied by the courts.  One's right to life, liberty, and property, to free speech, a free press, freedom of worship and assembly, and other fundamental rights, may not be submitted to vote; they depend on the outcome of no elections."   The keystone of the Bill of Rights is the Second Amendment.  All of the other rights listed in the Bill of Rights, for their own existence, depend upon the existence of the principles within the Second Amendment.  The existence of the 1789 Constitution depends upon adherence to the Bill of Rights! 

Any president who tries to disarm the citizens of the United States has presented evidence of the need for him to be instantly removed from office!  These are facts that can not be denied.  Contact your representatives in Washington, D.C. and demand a statement of their position.  Why are THEY not issuing statements AGAINST Obama's intention to allow a treaty to contain language that attempts to violate the endowments listed in the Bill of Rights?   

Incidentally, the main reason that I OPPOSE Jerry Brown's current 2010 effort to be re-elected as California's governor is because he did not throw out (when he was California's governor in 1975) the  340th Page from the State's Master Set of Standards and Goals which were passed as law here!   The 340th Page was a false statement that the people of California had agreed to prohibit their private possession of handguns.  Further, the 340th Page proposed the establishment of a Surrender Agency for people to turn in their handguns.  The 340th Page was sneaked in by the governor's office with work that had been previously approved.  This information needs to be known, because I suspect that the same counterfeit act declaring that the citizen's agreed to DISARM was also quietly pulled off in other states -- unbeknown to the people in those states.   

Please speak out and defend the power of the Bill of Rights to protect us against ill-purposed treaties!

    On Wednesday the Obama administration took its first major step in a plan to ban all firearms in the United States . The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Obama and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms. The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US citizens even understand what has happened.

     Obama can appear before the public and tell them that he does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the United States) that will lead to new gun control laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to international treaties and foreign gun control laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth? What it means is that there will be no publicized gun control debates in the media or votes in Congress. We will wake up one morning and find that the United States has signed a   TREATY  that prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public.   We will wake up another morning and find that the US has signed a   TREATY that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership. And then, we will wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a TREATY that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.

THIS IS NOT A JOKE  NOR  A  FALSE  WARNING.
