By now it is abundantly obvious that Obama is not eligible for the Office of President according to the Requirements of Our Constitution to all but those with their heads buried deeply in the sand. It is abundantly obvious that the DNC and Pelosi have conspired to commit voter fraud and treason. It is abundantly obvious that the current Administration has constantly taken action to destroy Our Constitution, Rights and Liberties. As a Disable Vietnam Era Veteran I have both fought for Our Country and taken the Oath to Defend Our Constitution. I have always taken this Oath with sincere conviction and will Defend Our Constitution, Rights and Liberties with my life. Our Federal Government has failed the American People miserably and all have failed to honor their Oath of Office. Our Department of Justice and our Federal Law Enforcement have simply ignored the demands of the American People to uphold the Laws and sit by while Obama and his Administration commit crime after crime against the America People We the People have exhausted all peaceful methods of attempting to get proper action from our Federal Government and it has fallen on our State Governments to protect the American People. We need our State Governments to take immediate strong aggressive actions to force the enforcement of our Laws and remove Obama from the Presidency and revoke all of his Bills, Executive Orders, Appointments, Legislations and actions. Join with other Governors such as Governor Brewer of Arizona and support the People. Our Government is based on We the People and NOT We the Bankers. Let me add that those of us dedicated to the basic American principles and share your vision of a restored America, also advocate invoking States Rights as enumerated by Our Constitution. Further, consistent with the guarantees afforded us by the Constitution, and considering the Federal Government has failed to live up to its basic responsibilities to the great States and Citizens of this Union, it would seem fitting to implement the following actions to recapture some of the costs we pay for federal services which have not been delivered: Effective Immediately Let us assert our respective state sovereignty and Redirect all W2 Payroll and other federal designated tax revenues collectable within the State of Georgia to the Georgia State treasury Immediately issue a challenge to the Obama Eligibility issue and demand an immediate investigation by an independent investigator. This is in light of all of the new conclusive evidence of gross wrong doing on the part of many members of the federal government. As I see it, there is no reason we as citizens need to tolerate a government who fails to be guided by the will of the people. This is especially true when we are being routinely defrauded of services for which we have paid but the federal government routinely fails to deliver. By your brave and courageous actions, you will be demonstrating the incredible leadership qualities so conspicuously absent in this 111th Congress and especially this illegal administration. Therefore, can we, the conscientious voice of the free Americans, count on you, as a proven leader of the democratic process, help us confront our domestic enemies? Those members of government who have characterized their criminal behavior as violating their oath to protect and defend the Constitution and the rule of law. We are speaking of members of this government, who no longer represent the will of the American people; the people who elected them to these high offices. Our Constitution is the Law of the Land and it clearly requires the President to be a “Natural Born Citizen” and clearly Obama is not. There is no doubt as to the definition of a “Natural Born Citizen” as a child born to TWO U.S. Citizens. In 2008 the Senate defined a “Natural Born Citizen” as a child born to TWO U.S. Citizens. The Founders knew that Vattel defined a "citizen" simply as any member of society. They also knew from reading Vattel that a "natural born Citizen" had a different standard from just “citizen,” for he or she was a child born in the country to two citizen parents. That is the definition of a "natural born Citizen," as recognized by numerous U.S. Supreme Court and lower court decisions (The Venus, 12U.S. 253(1814), Shanks v. Dupont, 28 U.S. 242 (1830), Scott v. Sandford, 60 U.S. 393 (1856), Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875) , Ex parte Reynolds, 20 F. Cas. 582 (C.C.W.D. Ark 1879), United States v. Ward, 42 F. 320 (1890); Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), Ludlam, Excutrix, & c., v. Ludlam, 26 N.Y. 356 (1863) and more) and the framers of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, the 14th Amendment, the Naturalization Act of 1795, 1798, 1802, 1885, and our modern 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1401. It should be noted that during the Founding and throughout American history, there has always been a distinction between a general “citizen” on the one hand and a “natural born citizen” on the other. The law of nations did not make any specific requirements for one to be a “citizen” of a nation, for such a person was basically just a member of the civil society. Before and after the revolution, the Founders considered anyone who resided in the colonies or States and who adhered to the revolutionary cause to be a “citizen,” regardless of place of birth or condition of the parents. But the law of nations did provide for a strict definition of a “natural born citizen,” i.e., a child born in the country of citizen parents. And the Founders also adopted that stricter definition for an Article II “natural born Citizen” which applied only to one wanting to be President and Commander in Chief of the Military. Even the most far left and Liberal Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice Ginsberg is on record as proclaiming that a “Natural Born Citizen” is a birth of a child with TWO U.S. Citizen parents. The DNC was well aware that Obama was not a valid Candidate given the evidence that the DNC removed the words “are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution:” from the standard “Certification of Nomination” document submitted to 49 States (Hawaii’s still remains).
