I recently have been in touch with an attorney who is part of a legal team
that wants to take on the eligibility issue
from a different perspective.
I know that this has been tackled before and a number of cases have been thrown
out of court for "no standing."
I spoke to one of the attorneys and told him I would be more than willing to
help and that I knew a number of
like-minded people who would help as well. From speaking to this attorney on
the phone, I gathered he is
well-versed on many of the issues and cognizant of the "conspiracy of silence"
which has been going on.
He is working with legal professionals who have extensive documentation on the
case.
There are no guarantees of course, and we've been shot down before, but as he
explained his plan of attack
to me, I feel there is a fighting chance. At any rate, we all know how
important this issue is and it has to be
brought to light. Despite what we all hope will happen in November, this
deception and flagrant violation of our
constitution must come to light and all the parties involved brought to
justice. To avoid this, is to just sweep
everything under the rug that has been happening. And it might happen again!
The plan is to sue on behalf of soldiers who were physically harmed in the war,
or killed and then the families
of the deceased would be the litigants. Since BO is not eligible to serve as
POTUS, of course, the suit is against him
as he had no legal authority to send these people into battle. The difference
here is that the "no standing" decision
previously handed down by the courts would be more difficult for the courts to
render since these litigants
would be people who were physically harmed.
The profile being sought for potential litigants is as follows:
1- person has joined the military recently
2-been deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan, but preferably Afghanistan
3-seriously wounded in battle or killed, in which case the families would have
the cause of action.
4-no longer in the military and honorably discharged.
It was further explained to me and I agree that the person or persons coming
forward have to be totally on board
with the eligibility issue. I would think that there is no scarcity of people
who are connected with the military
who feel as many of us do. Needless to say a certain amount of courage on the
part of these litigants is also
a criterion.
I plan to do my utmost to help by reaching out to the many contacts I have out
there. I am asking for your help.
If you don't know someone who fits this profile, ask around to see if someone
else does.
