U.S. District Court Judge Henry E. Hudson recently ruled that the
Affordable
Care Act (ACA), also known as "Obamacare," is unconstitutional because it
imposes a
requirement that everyone carry health insurance or be taxed for not doing so.
Just before the end of last year it was reported that 20 states are
taking
action against the imposition of the unconstitutional federal law.
On January 5th, Representative Eric Cantor of Virgina, introduced
H.R.2 -
Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act. The next confrontation against
"Obamacare" is
about to take place. H.R. 2 is scheduled for a vote in the U.S. House of
Representatives
