Many leaders are now calling President Barack Obama's
actions in response to the Libya crisis "an affront
to the Constitution." I believe this President's
legacy will be considered his overt subversion of
the Constitution and its system of checks and balances.
We must exhort our elected officials to stop him
before it's too late! Please read my absolutely
crucial message below - Mat.
President Obama has once again shown disdain for our nation's
foundational rule of law and the blueprint for our government,
the Constitution of the United States of America.
The President's authorization of U.S. military action in Libya
was based not on the authority of the United States Congress,
but of the United Nations Security Council.
He chose to bypass Congress and kept our elected
representatives in the dark. Lawmakers on both
sides of the aisle are outraged and are calling the
President to task for this calculated affront.

If there is any consistency in this administration's style
of governance and policy making, it is in its willingness
to run roughshod over the legislative and judicial branches.
As you will certainly remember, in late February President
Obama made a decision to no longer defend the "Defense of
Marriage Act" (DOMA), a longstanding federal law that had
already overcome several challenges in the courts.
Personally assuming the role of the Federal Judiciary,
he deemed the law to be "unconstitutional and
indefensible," thus abandoning his constitutional
responsibility to defend a law duly passed by the
nation's legislature.
You can doubtless think of many other instances in which
the President has infringed on prerogatives reserved to
either Congress or the Judiciary. As just one example,
the way in which ObamaCare was forced through Congress may
be the single greatest misuse of executive power ever
witnessed in our nation!
Tragically, it is clear that our Constitution is
subject to being marginalized by the Obama
Administration whenever it suits their political
agenda.
++This arrogant disregard of our Constitution must be stopped!
We, the American People, DEMAND the proper use of
constitutional authority, accountability, transparency,
and respect for the rule of law. We must defend the
Constitution of the United States or it will become
meaningless!

at the sovereign will of the voters:
"We the People of the United States of America
demand that our President, our elected
representatives, governmental appointees,
judges and justices, and any other government
