Hi Warren, It is possible to provide a modified_since parameter to the /events/search call. For example:
http://api.eventful.com/rest/events/search?app_key=test_key&location=San+Diego&category=music&sort_order=popularity&modified_since=2010-08-08T00:00:00 The date should be in ISO8601 date+time format.
