Hi all, Ariel, I have indeed packaged the images in the extension. I actually grabbed them from https://www.openoffice.org/ui/VisualDesign/OOo30MimeType.html
That page has a 2.0 counterpart but no 4.0 one so I took the images from the most recent version (ie 3.0). It happened that these icons coincide with the ones you directed me to. In the name of visual consistency, maybe the icons could be made available to extensions in the future. Thank you for your help. -Amenel.
