Please refer to APNIC membership agreement: www.apnic.net/membership-agreement Section 2 of the Membership Agreement discusses the Term and covers some termination conditions around failure to renew and also insolvency. Section 4 of our Membership Agreement deals with termination for breach of agreement (including, for example, failure to comply with policy).
