The APNIC Executive Council (EC) invites you to attend the Annual
General Meeting (AGM) at APNIC 43 in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

2017 APNIC EC election

APNIC Members who are attending the APNIC 43 AGM and have not voted
online for the EC election will be able to vote on site on Thursday, 2
March 2017.
Corporate Contacts, Member contacts with voting rights, or appointed
proxy voters can collect ballot papers at the voting desk from 09:00 to
14:00 (UTC +7) on Thursday, 2 March 2017.

Proxy appointment

Members who cannot attend the meeting but still wish to vote, may
appoint a proxy by submitting a proxy appointment form to APNIC.
Proxy appointment opens on Thursday, 16 February 2017. Completed forms
must be received by APNIC, or completed using MyAPNIC, by 09:00
(UTC +7) on Tuesday, 28 February 2017.
