Was wondering if members on the list from Pacific islands can comment on
how is connectivity in New Caledonia? I am interested in that from an
operational perspective (how many cables reach there, how many ISPs, what
kind of last mile etc?).
I see some of the hotels in Noumea have strict restrictions (200-400MB a
day) on wifi. What is causing them to do that?
