You think insurance is expensive when someone else draws from it? Perhaps.
But that’s kind of missing the point of insurance.
It’s worthy of note that it’s an Asian party bringing this action against
AfriNIC, because they think it’s ok to raid AfriNIC’s address pool just because
APNIC’s is empty.
So its not the case that the APNIC region has no role in this problem.
