Dear colleagues!

The APNIC Foundation started a new phase of the Switch! SEA project and we are
looking for your support to spread the word with women and LGBTQI+ network
engineers, cybersecurity and other Internet industry professionals from
Cambodia, Lao PDR, Timor Leste, Thailand, The Philippines, and Viet Nam to
express their interest to receive support from the Switch! SEA project. Please
check the invitation below and help us out to share this great opportunity!

We are doing as much as we can to spread the word, but your personal referrals
and leads are always the best way to reach out to the best people. If you have
contacts in these economies, please help us out to share the word. Everything
-and anything- you can do to help us is really appreciated.

Warm regards,

Sylvia

Apply now: Expressions of Interest sought for Switch! SEA
Register your interest in receiving career development support

The Switch! SEA project is expanding – this means more opportunities for women
and LGBTQI+ network engineers/technicians and cybersecurity professionals to
develop their professional skills from six economies – Cambodia, Lao PDR, Timor
Leste, Thailand, The Philippines, and Viet Nam.

The project provides access to training, professional certification and
mentoring based on a personalized training plan. It also helps to expand their
professional network of support – all at no cost to participants.

Women and gender diverse network engineers/technicians and cybersecurity
professionals, who are over 21 years of age and work in one of the six relevant
economies are considered eligible.

The questionnaire will be used to understand the training needs from technical
staff and the challenges their employers face and most importantly to select
the project participants, so it is important that interested parties complete
the questionnaire as soon as possible.

If you are not interested or eligible, please share it with your network of
contacts to help us spread awareness.

The deadline to submit your expression of interest is May 30.
