Hi Paul,

??As explained in this blogpost, the primary reason for the NRO??s
correspondence was to highlight the risks to the global Internet operations
from unintended consequences of decisions made by the Mauritian courts, in the
course of recent legal proceedings.??

I didn??t find the blogpost highlighting the risks. Rather, it seems to me the
NRO is trying to tell what the MU government shall do by giving threats -
implying that NRO will move AFRINIC to somewhere else and that the court is not
doing its job properly.

This action itself is shameful, and quite embarrassing tbh.  I honestly
don??t know what NRO is representing? It seems to me it's just Paul Wilson's
view, and you areclaiming that it's APNIC member's view. Are we having a top
down approach here?

There's zero representation of member's view in your 2 responses, and it's
shameful in an organization which is lablled as botton up.

Looking forward to your reply !

Best Regards,
One of the APNIC Member.
