Anyone who witnessed the panel discussion in the open policy meeting yesterday had a chance to see the candidate LuHeng at work. His manner and statements showed contempt for APNIC and the community and the RIR system.
I do not think this sort of bully-boy behaviour is welcome on the APNIC EC which is made up of respected members who have worked to help the community over years. Lu Heng's contribution has been to disrupt our AFRINIC close to the point of exhaustion. It is my wish that this is not allowed to happen in APNIC.
