IMPORTANT: Restart of voting for the APNIC EC Election 2024

Member voting for the APNIC EC election 2024 has been suspended to fix a
configuration error found on the BigPulse voting system.
Election voting will be restarted on Friday, 16 February 2024 at 14:00 (UTC
+10). All votes cast today, Thursday, 15 February 2024, will be
discarded.
Any Member organization that cast its votes today will have its votes
returned and will need to vote again once the election restarts.
Proxy appointment has also been temporarily suspended and will restart
on Friday, 16 February 2024 at 14:00 (UTC +10).
APNIC apologizes for the inconvenience this may cause. The updated
timings for the election voting are below.
Voting in the EC election 2024

Member voting for the APNIC EC election will open Friday, 16
February 2024 at 14:00 (UTC +10) and voting will close at 14:30 (UTC
+7), Friday, 1 March 2024.
APNIC Corporate Contacts and Contacts with voting rights can vote in the
election. Listed Account Contacts can identify their Corporate Contact
in MyAPNIC by clicking Member Account Settings > Manage Contacts.
How to vote
-----------
To vote, login to MyAPNIC using two-factor authentication and click the
‘Vote Now’ link on the dashboard. This will give you access to the
BigPulse voting interface.
Please be aware, you may not change or withdraw your vote, or appoint a
proxy, after your vote has been submitted.
Alternatively, APNIC Corporate Contacts can appoint a proxy to vote on
their behalf. Please note, if a proxy is appointed, the Member’s
Corporate Contacts will lose the right to vote directly for the APNIC EC
election.
Proxy appointment opens Friday, 16 February 2024 at 14:00 (UTC +10) and
closes on Wednesday, 28 February 2024 at 09:30 (UTC +7).
Individuals who are appointed as proxies will receive email notification
of their appointment and will be able to vote online via MyAPNIC during
the AGM on Friday, 1 March 2024 from 09:30 to 14:30 (UTC +7).
