Tutorial and Docs on tutorial need to be updated...bad data

The tutorial docs have the wrong steps for compiling and deploying the tutorial.
The tutorial also needs to be looked at from a dist view...
Things to fix:
top-level build.properites should include wsrf.webapp.dir=${env.CATALINE_HOME}
(or equivalent)
service-level (generated) build.xml should be updated to include this
build.properties AFTER the one in the service dir (service dir build.properties
wins)
need to look at the placement of soapClinet.xml and the calls sendSoapRequest
from build.xml to ensure copies are in the correct place and the docs should
reflect the useage. I believe today it does not work smoothly...unsure
though...
