Am I right in thinking that the CODING_TYPE of first and last exons
should be MIXED_5PRIME and MIXED_3PRIME when displayed in Apollo (in
the table in the bottom right) if there is no UTR? We thought perhaps
they should be type CODING if they contain no UTR, like the internal
coding exons. Just wanted to check that this is the expected behavior,
rather than a problem with the ensembl database that we are running
Apollo from. The behavior certainly seems to be the same in all the
databases I have looked at.
