Hi,
I'm new to Apollo and have a query related to using it for layering
annotations and results from different sources. If Apollo is set up to
read and write data to a Chado database and if I am annotating a
particular region, can I also use it to view further information for
that region from another source at the same time, specifically an
ensembl database. In theory it appears this is possible using the layer
more annotations and results option in Apollo but I haven't been able to
try it out yet as I am still working on getting Apollo to connect to the
Chado database.
