PS: Moving 'restriction_enzyme.dat' into apollo-webstart/data did NOT
fix the problem.

Hi Suzi,

First off, web start does not seem to create a directory 'apollo' but
one called apollo-webstart. Apollo-webstart, though, does not contain
'restriction_enzymes.dat. in the directory 'data'.

I now wonder whether, if this is the issue, it is derived from something
we may have missed during generating the webstart application?

Thanks,
Uwe

I'm a bit rusty on this and Ed is on vacation, but can you tell me if
you have a file named "restriction_enzymes.dat" in the directory data
under the apollo directory?
