The Japan Network Information Center (JPNIC) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) of Japan are conducting a joint research initiative on the development and retention of network engineering talent. As part of this effort, we are gathering insights from global stakeholders. To inform effective policy development, we seek to learn from your country’s experiences, practices, and ideas.
