Not sure, maybe programs not crash that much in kubuntu,
But in Arch, that happens a lot.
When it crashes, KDE provide it's own bug tracking system,
That would be reading kdebugrc and other config files
And the Trolltech.conf, looks like every Qt program need it,
not sure about ubuntu either.
