This patch set for the apparmor 2.8 branch is an unmodified resend
of two patches for mod_apparmor that may have gotten lost in the list
traffic. It:
(1) adjusts the change hat call sequence in mod_apparmor and
(2) adjusts where in the request sequence processing mod_apparmor gets
inserted for Apache 2.4.
(Note that for the second issue, there is a corresponding patch for
trunk that is still awaiting review as well.)
