After creating a "Email a Contact" task using Todo's "Task Type" picker, you can then press the task name and when you select the user's email address, Mail.app will be opened and the user's email address will be pre-populated. "Call a Contact", and "Visit a Website" have similar functionality. When you click on the task name, you can call the contact directly. Visit a website directly as well when you click on the website address.
