Paul, Thanks for writing in. No, when you switch sync services, all of the tasks on your device will be removed in order to prepare for the new service. If you switch Todo from one service to the other, the tasks will not be moved over to the new service, Todo will remove them and then pull down all of the tasks from the new service.
