Bill, Thanks for contacting us. Todo does not currently support due times. It's a requested feature that's on our list to add, but currently we only support due dates. I'm not sure what the RTM folks were referring to when they said the tasks are off by 12 hours... are they 12 hours off from the due times you had set on tasks? Have you seen tasks coming through with an incorrect due date? We've never had a report like this so we'd like to gather whatever additional information you can provide.
