Thanks for trying that out, unfortunately the next step I have to
suggest is contacting the iTunes folks at Apple.  They'll have access
to your account and be able to make sure everything is set there to
allow your device to run Todo.  Let us know what you find out, there
are a couple of people having the same issue and any information you
get from Apple may help them get the app up and running again too.
