Jeanne, Are you able to connect to Toodledo.com using Safari on your iPhone and can you log in that way? The next time you sync and get the error, can you go into Todo Settings and under synchronization select "Email Diagnostic Report". That will create an email and send us your sync log so we can see exactly what the error is.
