We are seeing reports of an issue if you have the option of keep completed tasks set to none. If you set that value to one week an re-sync it should fix up the completed tasks. To get the same effect of not seeing completed tasks, you can turn the option in settings of Completed Tasks to off. The only side effect to this workaround is we'll keep the completed tasks around for a week and then they'll be removed.
