We have in our plans to build a desktop sync for Todo although it's down a list a bit. When we're able to offer this solution, it should be able to handle the situation you've described here. Context support is definitely much higher on our list. We're still working through how we're going to handle context support on RTM. Currently, the RTM API does not allow us to create, modify, or delete Locations. They can be managed on the RTM site and we can assign and remove tasks, but we're not able to manage the locations themselves. It's likely we'll only be able to display the locations pre-created on RTM until they extend their interfaces to allow us more access (which we have requested). This will not the case on Toodledo as they have full access to their contexts.
