Wojo, We sincerely apologize for the delay. Your latest post pulled up the previous posts and we're slightly embarrassed it's been that long without a response. We've been swamped with emails but it's no excuse for this.
We've been able to duplicate the issue. It appears that when a task is moved from a shared list, the accounts that are sharing the list are not notified in RTM's API that the task was removed. If you perform a full sync with RTM in Todo (do this by going into Settings/Sychronization and selecting "Reset Synchronization Data") the change is reflected but when syncing the diffs, the move is neglected in the API and Todo is not aware of the change. In addition to moving a task on Todo, moving a task on RTM from the shared list also results in the share accounts not being notified the task was removed. I'm contacting RTM to report the issue and see if we can get it resolved. A temporary work around would be to not move the tasks out of the shared folders but to complete them or delete them and create a new task in your own folders. RTM also has the ability to duplicate tasks on their site. It's not an optimal solution but will provide a reliable solution until we can work this out with RTM. Thanks for your patience and again we're sorry about the delay. -The Appigo Team --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Learn more about Todo, Notebook (notes available everywhere), and AccuFuel (fuel efficiency tracker) on Appigo's website: http://www.appigo.com/ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Appigo Todo" group.
