Is there any chance you are seeing a browser caching issue.  The
syncing of lists and tasks with RTM has been very solid and we haven't
had any reports of failures.  We have had people find that their
browser simply isn't updating to reflect the new lists or tasks unless
they manually refresh or log out and back in.  RTM uses allot of
caching to optimize the web performance but it can make it appear that
changes via sync are not taking place.

Let us know if this isn't the issue and you are not able to get lists
to appear on RTM from Todo.
