We've had a couple of people report this same problem and we're trying
to find out what is causing the Japanese translation to be set.

One user was able to get back into English by going into his iPhone's
International settings and re-selecting the Language and Regional
Format.

You don't have to change the settings, just select the setting that is
already set.  Once you have done that, back all the way out of
settings.  Then go and re-launch Todo.  This user wasn't sure if he
had turned off his phone and back on either.

Can you try these things and see if you get Todo to come up in English again.
