Todo also seems more stable right now (I had some issues with the Toodledo app). The BIG factor for me that has me sticking with Todo is, however, the extra step required to edit a task in Toodledo. I edit tasks frequently and the extra step needed every time it Toodledo for iPhone was a pain.
I also agree that Todo just feels more polished. That said, I would love the ability to set a start date (before which a task would be hidden in Todo) and/or the ability to show only due tasks on a screen.
