Hello, the main reason i switched to Todo from OmniFocus is because
you guys are the only featured Task manager that sync with a free
online web app. Other iphone task management systems offer a desktop
app to sync to your iphone but these are Mac only, I own a PC. It is
exteremly important for me to be able to enter in and manage my tasks
online via a service like Toodledo because flipping back and forth
between the iphones screens to enter in large amounts of data & tasks
is not reasonable. I really appreciate what you guys are doing and
want to offer some input to help users become as productive as
possible and you product to be the #1 iphone task manager!

My major issue is that there are a few small changes you guys could
make to really be able to handle the kind of data that "busy people"
need to handle. GTD is all about getting everything out of your head
and into a system so you can focus on the tasks and not how or when
you're going to do them.

I'm big into Getting Things Done and am eagerly looking forward to
Contexts and especially SubTasks. Here are some more feature requests:

1. What do you think about re-naming "Lists" to "Projects"?

2.The use of Subtasks greatly dimishes the amount of clutter on your
"all" screen. Each "List" essentially becomes a "Project". For
example, I am a filmmaker and I have to finish producing a commercial.
On the main screen I have a List called "Commercial", within that
folder is a task called "Film the Commercial", and in within that task
are all the subtasks required for the Commercial project (schedule
shoot time, call craft services, shoot scene 1, shoot scene 2 etc.).
Within "Commercial" there is another task called "Edit Commercial",
wherein more subtasks reside (hire visual effects for green screen,
animate titles, produce music, etc). Anyway, if you guys have seen
OmniFocus you can see how deep it goes, but because tasks are
organized into Projects things don't get CLUTTERED. Everything has its
place, but there really is a place for EVERYTHING.

3. Please consider making master folders to hold groups of lists for
more complicated projects. Just a thought.

4. Due TIMES (not yet featured, but very important) & dates should be
applicable to all items: Lists, Tasks, and Subtasks.

5. If a list of tasks needs to be done in order, the order should sync
from Toodledo. Currently I have a List called "Brian" (a client)
wherein 10 tasks reside that need to be done in order. Toodledo
displays them in the order I put them and I can drag the order around
to change it. On Todo, these tasks are displayed in alphabetical order
unless they have a priority number assigned, which really doesn't make
any practical sense for getting things done. I have to manually type
"1." "2." "3." through "10." before each task if I want it to display
properly on Todo even though the order is kept intact on Toodledo.
This is a pain.

6. What about being able to tap "Edit" inside a list and seeing the
little iphone "drag me to reorder" graphic? You know, like when you're
re-arranging songs in a playlist.. Perhaps priority could be
established by physically dragging the task up higher in the list AND/
OR giving it a ranking number. I like in OmniFocus how you can define
a "list" (project) as sequential or parallel, meaning things in the
have to be done in order, or can be in any order.

Thanks guys for all you are doing, being able to sync up my Iphone
with Toodledo is awesome, I just think that these few features could
really push you guys to that next level of complete mobile task
management. OmniFocus is the "standard" but they refuse to support PC
users for Desktop sync which makes their detailed mobile app nearly
useless when it comes to managing a lot of tasks and projects (which
it is designed to do!). Many PC users will easily replace OmniFocus
for Iphone (even if they have already purchased it like me!) if you
guys can offer the same features (listed above) with online ToodleDo
sync. Dumping your brain into Toodledo and have it sync effortlessly
on the go to Todo is the magic you guys are capable of....Now lets get
rollin with some updates!
