Thierry, It sounds like you are using the outlook sync tool from Chromatic Dragon. Is the problem that the automatic sync is not working with outlook. I know some users have not had the auto-sync turned on and saw problems like this. If you can get anything to sync, you might try contacting the developer at Chromatic Dragon for help, I know there are quite a few users that are using the solution.
