I'm not even sure if this makes sense, but I almost always forget to sync after adding items on my iPhone, so I would love an option to sync on exiting Todo rather than (or in addition to) syncing on startup. Of course I'm not really sure if this would be practical - there would be an added delay every time I quit. Maybe just a popup that reminded me that I made changes, and asked if I wanted to sync them, would do the trick. For me, this would make my most used application even better..
