Thank you for taking a moment to email us. We apologize for any
inconvenience you may have experienced while using our application. Were you
able to follow these steps below? It sounds like you may be hitting a
problem introduced by the new iPhone OS 2.1 software. We are working with
Apple to help them figure out what may be going on so they can take steps to
resolve the issue.

In the meantime, you should be able to get it to work by following the
instructions we've posted on our website:

If you continue to see the problem after following these steps, please let
us know and we will be happy to assist you further.

Thank you again,

The Appigo Team
