Thanks for contacting Appigo. We appreciate you taking the time to document this issue for us so well. We followed your steps and have been able to replicate this error. It appears to only happen with RTM. We are working on a solution to have available shortly. In the mean time, we would advise you to avoid these characters in titles of tags when syncing with RTM.
