A suggestion for Todo: For each task, keep an optional timer that the user can start/pause/ resume to keep track of time spent on the task.
The timer should save its state if you exit the application, so that if you enter it again the time since the app was last closed is subtracted from any running timers. (And timers should automatically pause if interrupted by a phone call.) There should also be an option to specify task duration, and to automatically mark a task "completed" once you've spent this much time on it. This would be good for repeating tasks such as "exercise five hours per week". When the new week's task is instantiated it would again have the duration of five hours, and would be marked completed once you've spent five hours on it. There could be a rollover option so that if you spend less time this week the missing time is added to next week's task (and conversely, if you spend more then it is subtracted from next week's task). Toodledo.com seems to already have task timers, so the timer info could be synced with the website. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Learn more about Todo, Notebook (notes available everywhere), and AccuFuel (fuel efficiency tracker) on Appigo's website: http://www.appigo.com/ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Appigo Todo" group.
