I think you're both right. There is a delicate balance between features and functionality. Fortunately/unfortunately, time and resources will prevent Appigo from doing everything we're all asking for, but hopefully the most important things bubble to the top. A great example of that happening is with Salesforce.com and their Idea Exchange. http://ideas.salesforce.com/ Users suggest ideas, the best ones bubble up, and the development focus is on that which is most important to the most people.
I have to hand it to the Appigo team for making Todo do so much with only a 1 Mb install. I think we all probably want them to stay there with the install size, but allow us to make Todo work for us, without bloating the app with features we "have to" see or use. A great example of that flexibility is that each of us can decide just what we want to show up on our Focus list. I want it across all my lists, but maybe you want it for only your "Work" list.
