Doug, There are two things I can think of that would cause this. First, when you make changes in Todo, you need to synchronize before the changes will show up on the Toodledo web site. Second, it's possible that Toodled has the items cached if you have their site open when doing this. Try hitting refresh or quitting the browser and restarting and then looking at the tasks.
Another thing that could be causing a problem is if you edit a task both on Toodledo and Todo without doing a sync between. If you do make changes both places, Toodledo's changes will win when a sync is done but this doesn't sound like what you are describing.
