Appigo Sync doesn't support exchange although it does support iCal and I know there are some options to keep your tasks in sync with iCal from Entourage. It looks like it's somewhat limited and doesn't support all of the calendars though, you'll only get an Entourage calendar in iCal which will show up in Todo as an Entourage list when synced. I'm not sure if the Exchange account tasks will make it into iCal, but if you enable iCal sync in Entourage and then launch iCal and see your tasks in the Entourage calendar in iCal, Appigo Sync will be able to sync those.
